Palaup is a range of products derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast extract. Rich in glutamic acid, they are designed to naturally improve the overall taste of the food and can provide a specific flavour without containing ingredients of animal origin. The range includes 3 products: PALA UP YE, which has a neutral taste and is an umami enhancer; PALA UP BE, which has a beef flavour; and PALAUP CH, which has a chicken flavour.
