Potassium carbonate
Info Products
Potassium is the third mineral in terms of quantity found in an animal's body after calcium and phosphorus. It is a fundamental component of muscles and red blood cells; it regulates the osmotic pressure of body fluids and nerve transmissions. It also forms part of the processes of creatine phosphorylation and protein synthesis. Symptoms of potassium deficiency, although very rare given the abundance in fodder, can occur in the summer.
