Nutricell is a dried inactivated yeast derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae produced by the fermentation of sugar cane molasses. It contains proteins of high biological value, an excellent amino acid profile and high levels of B vitamins; it is also a very palatable yeast.
Nutricell is produced in Brazil by Biorigin, a Business Unit of the Zilor group dedicated to the production and processing of yeasts and yeast derivatives.
