Features
Brewcell is an inactivated yeast derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae obtained from the fermentation of malt during the brewing process. It contains proteins of high biological value, an excellent amino acid profile and high levels of B vitamins; it is also a very palatable yeast.
Brewcell is produced in Brazil by Biorigin, a Business Unit of the Zilor group dedicated to the production and processing of yeasts and yeast derivatives.
