Bacillus velezensis

Probiotic (Bacillus velezensis), marketed in the form of viable spores capable of withstanding gastric juices and heat treatments that feed could undergo during processing. The Bacillus velezensis viable spores contained in the product germinate once they arrive in the gut, restoring an optimal balance of gut flora, improving stool consistency and the feed conversion rate.
This product is authorised by EFSA as a stabiliser of gut flora in various animal species. Its specific action leads to a stimulation of the proliferation of beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacilli. Furthermore, the use reduces the negative impacts of harmful bacteria such as Salmonella, E. Coli, Clostridium and Campylobacter.
